What?! Really!!

Well, without being too detailed....Brian and I had agreed on having another baby close to Olivia. We were already trying , and I got some very bad news. My primary care physician had told me to hold off. My Asthma was causing almost daily attacks, and I was put on Prednisone, 2 inhalers , and some allergy meds.
I remember taking a pregnancy test the day before the appointment, because I had a feeling....but it was negative. I was not expecting my doctor to tell me to hold off. I stared blankly at the wall, and as soon as I hit the parking area, the tears started streaming.  I don't really know why. I knew that this was a temporary wait....but I just felt so sad.

Less than 3 weeks later, I was feeling a little sick....The day before our 2 year wedding Anniversary I took a pregnancy test, and to my shock I was indeed pregnant!!!!  I thought to myself, clearly this was meant to be! God wanted us to have another baby right now :)

I was so excited. I grabbed Olivia, and went to the grocery store to pick up some cake mix and frosting.....I had the perfect way of telling Brian that he was going to be a daddy again! So I went home and baked the cake. He didn't get home till late that night, So it was going to be the perfect Anniversary Surprise!

The Morning of our Anniversary, I frosted the cake and put it in the oven. When Brian got home  I told him that I had baked him something special for our Anniversary. His face was priceless! It was such a lovely moment.

What a feeling to celebrate 2 years of marriage AND our 2nd baby on the way!

A couple weeks later, I had my first ultrasound - and just like that it felt so real

This pregnancy was a lot different. I was very sick. So sick, that I went to the ER for dehydration ( from throwing up every other day), lost 10 pounds, and was placed on a medicine called Zophran. The first time sweet little Olivia caught me throwing up, she ran into the bathroom giggled uncontrollably, and said ha ha , while patting me on the back! In the moment, I was so horribly upset, but now I just laugh at it and smile.  I am over the morning sickness, I had it for 3 solid months. As of my 5 month check up I have not regained the 10 lbs back.

Olivia was going to be a Big sister now - so we bought a cute shirt and I snapped a few cute pics of her , which we later used to announce the big news on Facebook :
