She's Here!

Exactly one week late. It was the longest wait ever....but oh so worth it! Mommy was in labor for 3 days! When we got to the hospital they would not admit me yet, because our sweet girl was taking her sweet time. They made me walk around for 2 hours, and I got the "ok" to stay. I was admitted on Saturday June 23rd at around 2:30 pm . I swore I did not want an epidural, however by Sunday morning I knew I needed it!

Olivia Grace Garvin came into this world at 4:28 pm Weighing 6 pounds , 2 ounces. She was beautiful. All I could do was cry the happiest most joyful tears that I had ever experienced in my entire life. So...this is what pure love is. Brian was so so happy, I don't know if I had ever seen such joy on his face as I did that day.

The ride home was so surreal. She's really ours! This beautiful little miracle gets to come home with us!
